Appointo (hereinafter referred to as "the Service", "we", "us") is an independent SaaS scheduling platform designed to help small and medium-sized businesses automate client bookings. The Service is currently in open beta testing and is provided to all users free of charge at this stage.
This page has been created to provide transparent legal information about the Service and to prevent any misunderstanding in connection with our use of the name "Appointo".

The name "Appointo" was independently chosen by the development team as an original creative decision. If other services exist with similar names, any resemblance is coincidental and not an act of imitation or misappropriation.
Under generally accepted legal principles, a coincidence in naming does not in itself constitute trademark infringement, particularly where services target different markets and consumer categories and no commercial activity is conducted.
