These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Appointo online booking platform, available at appointo.xyz and related subdomains (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Appointo is a SaaS platform that lets service businesses accept online bookings, manage their schedule and client base, send reminders, and optionally sync appointments with Google Calendar. The Service is provided as a free, open beta; features may change, be added, or be removed during development.

With respect to the personal data of clients that a business processes through the Service, the business administrator acts as the data controller and Appointo as a processor acting on its instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process your clients' data and for complying with applicable data-protection law. Processing details are described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service offers an optional Google Calendar integration. It is enabled only with your explicit consent and can be revoked at any time. Use of this integration is also subject to Google's terms and policies. The scope of Google data we access and the purposes are described in our Privacy Policy; we use this data solely for schedule synchronization.
The Service is currently provided free of charge during a beta phase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, provide no service-level (SLA) commitment, and may perform maintenance without prior notice. We take reasonable measures to preserve your data, but we recommend keeping your own backups of critical information.
The Service, its software, design, and brand marks belong to the Appointo team and are protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in the brand or software other than the right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Content you upload (business name, services, logo, etc.) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appointo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. As the Service is provided free of charge, Appointo's aggregate liability is limited to remedying the relevant fault.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for technical/legal reasons. After account deletion, data is handled according to the retention periods set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify administrators by email at least 14 days before the new version takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
